Do you come to the home to do a walk through or quote?

No, we don’t at the moment due to COVID. We do, however, have a follow-up consultation over the phone if needed.

Can I book and pay for a service as a gift?

Yes, you can. After the service is completed, we can invoice you. We also have gift card options available. You can buy them above in the gift certificate section.

How far in advance can I book a cleaning?

We take bookings one month in advance.

Can I reschedule?

Yes, but if a deposit was taken that cannot be refunded please let us know at least 2 days beforehand.

Do you provide residential cleaning?

Yes. You can book here on our website.

Do you provide weekly, bi-weekly, monthly cleanings?

Yes.

Can I book to just have my bathrooms cleaned?

Do you travel?

Yes, we do! We travel to properties in Iowa City, Coralville, North Liberty, Tiffin, Solon, Marion, Hills, Cedar Rapids, West Liberty, and Muscatine IA.

Do you provide carpet cleaning?

At this time, ITCS does not provide carpet cleaning.

Do you provide office cleaning?

Yes, we do. Please send us a message and let us know your needs for the property.

Do you provide your own cleaning supplies?

Yes, ITCS provides all of the cleaning supplies needed to get the job done.

Can I provide my own cleaning supplies?

Yes! We understand that you may want us to use certain products for your property. While we are happy to use them, unfortunately, we can not guarantee the same results as we would using our own products. But rest assured that we will do the best that we can!
